Since the CNY 2010 Promotion on fishball started about 2 weeks ago, I received more orders than expected. I continued receiving phone calls even on the eve of CNY. Luckily I was able to deliver all the orders as expected. I would like to extend my gratitude to all my customers for the support.
The fishball is specially request & supplied to patients in medical centers for its nutritional values.
To maintain its freshness & moisture of the fishball, it is recommended that you:
* Wrap the pack with newspaper (Yup! the traditional method still works very well.)
* Keep them in low temperature - Fridge them!
* Do NOT expose the pack under hot sun or high temperature.
* Do NOT keep them in the freezer as the moisture will crystalize inside and change the taste of the fishball when you defrost.
* Consume within 7 to 10 days after open the pack.
Please take note that the fishball promotion is valid till 28-Feb'10 (Sunday). For those who are interested, please place your order soon. The price will be revised to normal (RM20/pack) from 1-March'10 onwards.
